What You’ll Do

Manage electrical projects and ensure budgets and timelines are met while upholding the highest quality and standards
Manage assigned Field Electricians
Act as the primary point of contact for project related inquiries
Maintain a high level of service
Always promote a positive company image
Manage project deliverables from estimating through closeout stages
Chair, or assist with project meetings, including planning, progress updates, and change management
Work to ensure project materials are available and in place
Accurately estimating time and materials required for jobs
Manage customer expectations while maintaining a high level of customer service.

You are highly motivated with high attention to detail
You are able to utilize up to date technology
You are meticulous about safety, and environmental/quality requirements of each project
You have excellent time management skills to manage project schedules and ensure customer commitments are met
You are able to manage work orders and assist with approving invoices
You are able to read and comprehend control circuits, complex electrical schematics, and drawings
You have a solid knowledge of the current Electrical Code
You have a great attitude with the desire to successfully seek out opportunities for the company
You have excellent conflict resolution, problem solving, and analytical skills

You also meet the following minimum requirements:

Have experience managing large scale projects from start to finish
Minimum of 2 Years of relevant electrical or consturuction experience in a commercial/industrial setting
Experience in project management and quoting a strong asset
