What You’ll Do

  • Manage electrical projects and ensure budgets and timelines are met while upholding the highest quality and standards

  • Manage assigned Field Electricians

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project related inquiries

  • Maintain a high level of service

  • Always promote a positive company image

  • Manage project deliverables from estimating through closeout stages

  • Chair, or assist with project meetings, including planning, progress updates, and change management

  • Work to ensure project materials are available and in place

  • Accurately estimating time and materials required for jobs

  • Manage customer expectations while maintaining a high level of customer service.

  • You are highly motivated with high attention to detail

  • You are able to utilize up to date technology

  • You are meticulous about safety, and environmental/quality requirements of each project

  • You have excellent time management skills to manage project schedules and ensure customer commitments are met

  • You are able to manage work orders and assist with approving invoices

  • You are able to read and comprehend control circuits, complex electrical schematics, and drawings

  • You have a solid knowledge of the current Electrical Code

  • You have a great attitude with the desire to successfully seek out opportunities for the company

  • You have excellent conflict resolution, problem solving, and analytical skills​

You also meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Have experience managing large scale projects from start to finish

  • Minimum of 2 Years of relevant electrical or consturuction experience in a commercial/industrial setting

  • Experience in project management and quoting a strong asset
